Refund policy

Once the order is confirmed, ordered items and quantities cannot be changed or canceled. You may contact us via email in case of incorrect input of delivery details without guarantee of changing. 

Exchange of an item is only possible when the item arrives damaged. You may contact us via email within 7 days of delivery with your order number and the evidence of the product damages and defects to request for exchange. We will provide an exchange of items if the stock is available. Once the exchange is confirmed, we will arrange for customers to return the items within a designated period. 

If the exchanging item is currently unavailable, we will provide a full refund of the item price excluding the shipping fee. You will need to return the damaged item in both exchange or refund scenarios. 

All return shipping fees and other miscellaneous fees are the responsibility of the customer. We will not pay for or refund these fees. Return packages are the customer's responsibility until they are received by us. It is recommended that you take necessary precautions by using registered and traceable services when returning your package.

All returning products must be in original condition, with all tags attached, and must be returned in the original undamaged box and/or packaging.

NoteThe free special packaging box cannot be exchanged unless it is damaged to the extent that it can no longer protect the product inside.
